On Headaches

I think I'm going to need to start limiting how much I let myself read each day. I've been having headaches almost every day this week. I wonder if it's from doing computer work all day and then reading for a couple of hours each evening.

It could be the weather. Or an allergy to something outside. Or too much caffeine. Or maybe too little caffeine. Or stress. Anxiety?

Very frustrating.

Perhaps I just need more rest. I'm definitely going to add that to the weekend's agenda -- time with sister Libby (fri), blueberry picking with sister Holly and nephew Jordan (sat. a.m.), movie/dinner with Curt (sat. p.m.), church, friend's wedding (sun. p.m.)...um, yes. I'm going to rest this weekend. sigh.

Have you gotten over being upset with Jordan and the blueberry picking adventures yet? Remember what a little snippet you were at that age? I do....

You were such a snit that mostly what I heard from everyone was what a brat you were. And look how wonderful you turned out. Me and the big kids always had to defend your behavior...much like I defend Jordans now. He hates being at that dammed daycare so he gets onery and takes it out on us who love him.

All I can say is play nice and I hope your headaches go away. Maybe only allow yourself a book to read...every other day.

Too much of a good thing and all of that rubbish.

Speaking of too much of a good thing...I have visions of sitting in Cabot Cove with Jessica Fletcher -aka- Angela Lansbury eating a 4 pound lobster and listening to her tell me a about a new murder mystery whoduit. I so love her and lobster. The butter that I am dipping it in is running down my chin and the corn cob is sweet, buttery and salty. Yes...I have salt in my visions.

Also it looks like Kevin may be working in Coon Rapids which he thinks is an excuse for him to come home every night. (TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING?) YES INDEEDY. Breaks my heart to give up even more of my quiet time.

Love U, Mom

My headache is gone.
I did read less this weekend.
I am long over Jordan's wildness.
Too much of a good thing is not a good thing.
I like steak better than lobster.

And I was not a snit. or a snot. or a snat for that matter...
