Blueberry Buckle
½ c shortening
½ c sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 cups flour
¼ tsp salt
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ c milk
2 cups blueberries
Cream shortening and sugar. Add the egg. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients and milk alternating between them to the creamed mixture. Spray cooking spray into a 9x13 pan. Pour batter in. Spread berries evenly over top of batter. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Cool before cutting.

Hey...a question on the burrito recipe...doesn't one ususlly use a tortilla? Sounds pretty tasty. You know me and yams.

The second to the last ingredient on the burrito recipe is for soft tortilla shells...the 12 inch ones.
Um, I don't remember Grandma K ever saying this recipe came from you. Must be a faulty memory. I'll have to check with Holly...
