I did it!
Yesterday I had two goals:
1) Write down everything I ate and
2) Stay within my allotted Weight-Watcher's points.
And I did both. I even left 3 points behind (not on purpose...I just over-estimated how many points were in the chili...)
2 hard-boiled eggs
coffee w/cream
banana
grapes
100 calorie pringles
turkey sandwich
butterfinger stick (2 pts)
peanuts
1/2 of a large chili from Wendy's
baked potato
100 cal choc pudding w/cool whip
Today I need to step up the water. I only had two of those yesterday...I'd like to get that back up to 4-6 a day.
I must lose weight. My back hurts more and more each day most likely from gained weight. I can blame the Lyrica for that, but I still need to lose weight and manage it. sigh.

Cool. My work is having a nutrition challenge from Aug. 11-Sept. 7. If we eat 125 servings of fruit or vegetables, we get 10 Wellness Points. I am well on my way to meeting the goal. Yesterday, I had four servings and today, I had six--just 115 more to go!
Well, I sucked on Tuesday. We had an outside vendor come in and bring food. I ate 2 big chocolate chip cookies. Sigh. Self-control appears to be fleeting.
Today I will start again. Every day if I have to.
Good luck on the fruit/veggies. Of course, you'll have to buy double as Jordan will try to eat it all before it gets to you. Our little Fruitopian.
My good girls. Wow...and oh shit! A huge truck just drove through my yard. I wonder what that is about. One of those utility ones. I suppose they smushed the grass down. Oh my ...Kevin will spit anger.
Yesterday I had 3 plums, 10-12 bing cherries, a slice of peach pie (fruit?) and a banana. I always try to get my fruit in. And then we had Domino's (yucky) pizza. Kevin likes it.

How's it going this week?
Not as well as it could be. The pain level's been a little up, which always makes me focus more on that and less on eating well. I seem to be able to only do one thing at a time.
Tomorrow is another day...
